Questions I hear often

  • Do I need a film shoot for an explainer video?

No. The explainer case shows 79.5 seconds in two formats, rendered entirely from code, no camera, no shoot day.

  • Why does my website jump around, and why do my emails land in spam?

There are measurements for that instead of guesses. One case shows a layout shift that went to 0, another a mail setup with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

  • Can a team of agents split up work and check each other?

Yes, with limits. The agent team case shows 29 of 30 tickets in one day and what still stayed with me.

Projects

All from my own work, 2026. Client projects will follow, I don't invent any.

  1. An agent team with a kanban board and a reviewer

Agent teams · Photographer · Own project

    View the board and workflow

    29 of 30

Tickets closed the same day, 7 roles

  2. SEO and motion relaunch of a photographer's website

Website and tech · Photographer · Own project

    Compare before and after

Layout shift fixed: 0 in 21 of 21 runs

  3. An explainer video rendered from code for a jeweler offer

Customer updates · Jeweler · Own project

    Play the video

    79.5 seconds

16:9 and 9:16, zero shoot days

  4. Mail setup: SPF, DKIM and DMARC for my own domain

Website and tech · Photographer · Own project

    View the DNS lookup

3 of 3 mail mechanisms set: SPF, DKIM, DMARC

30 tickets.
29 closed the same day.
7 roles.

The principle carries over to a small business: split tasks across roles, have another role check each result, and keep the decisions with you.

How the agent team works

How I work

  1. Workflows before agents

If a fixed process is enough, I build a workflow. I only use an agent where text has to be understood or weighed up.

  2. Nothing leaves the house without your approval

Mails, replies and reports sit ready as drafts first. They only go out once you have approved them.

  3. Handover with documentation and error alerts

You get a one-page guide and an alert that warns you when a workflow fails.

  4. Real screens instead of stock photos

Pages and videos are made from a design library and real screens, not from default templates.

  5. Tools named honestly

Hermes Agent, Claude Code, n8n and Python. Other people's tools, not an AI of my own. My work is choosing, building, checking and handing over.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see something finished?

Yes. On this page you find projects from my own work, each with a measured number and a proof such as video, screens or a measurement file. Where a video shows sample data, it says so. There are no client projects here yet, so I do not invent any.

Where is my data processed?

That depends on the building block. Language models run at providers whose servers are in the US. Workflows built with n8n and Python scripts can run on a server in the EU. Before I start, I tell you for each block where your data ends up. On request I sign a data processing agreement with you. Nothing leaves the house without your approval: mails, replies and reports sit ready as drafts first.

What happens when a workflow fails?

Every workflow gets an error alert by mail, so a failure shows up before anyone complains. The handover includes a one-page guide: what the workflow does, where you change it, and whom to contact when something breaks. After that you run it yourself with this guide, or you hire me for changes and repairs one by one.

What does it cost?

That depends on the scope, so there are no prices on this page. You talk to me for 20 minutes, I ask you two or three follow-up questions, and then you get a custom quote. The call is non-binding.

How big are the projects?

Small. Most projects take one to two weeks. One example is a workflow that sorts incoming enquiries, another is a weekly report. I also repair existing workflows that keep failing or that nobody understands any more. For projects that keep a whole team busy for months, I am not the right person.

What happens after I send an enquiry?

You get an answer within 2 working days: two or three follow-up questions or a proposed time for a 20-minute call. A quote follows after the call. In your enquiry, it helps most to say what costs you time today and which tools you already use.

Does automation replace my team?

No. I automate tasks that repeat in the same way every week, and I leave decisions with you. A workflow prepares replies or sorts enquiries, but whether something goes out is up to you.

What costs you time today?

Tell me in two or three sentences what repeats in your business every week. I reply within 2 working days.
